Tips to keep healthy with kids: Walk or cycle to and from school with the kids as often as possible. Build a den or tree-house with them in the school holidays. Or, under supervision, encourage them to climb a tree or two.

Spirit of the Games Certificate Winners
Each lunch time, the Change 4 Life Council members look out for children in both playgrounds who show the Spirit of the Games. These are: honesty, determination, teamwork, self belief, respect and passion.
