Enrichment and Cultural Capital
As outlined in our Music Intent statement, our Music curriculum offers many opportunities for wider opportunities to support of Music Curriculum. We are committed to providing our children with a wide range of enriching opportunities they might not otherwise have access to. At our school, we believe in nurturing the whole child by offering a rich variety of opportunities beyond the classroom. In addition to the core curriculum, pupils can take part in a range of exciting activities such as choir, guitar club, and after-school music sessions. We provide regular opportunities to perform both locally and regionally, including whole-school concerts and live performances that build confidence and creativity. Our pupils also take part in music competitions and enjoy inspiring educational visits to places like the Beatles Museum, which bring their learning to life and deepen their understanding of the world around them.
